Review - The Leftovers: Season 2
The second season of The Leftovers was a complete triumph, as perfect a season as i think can be created.
I really enjoyed season one but season two was a complete surprise with how they changed up everything that season one built up to. They moved the whole cast to Texas and introduced us to a whole new family, The Murphy's that we focused on for a nearly a whole episode until we saw our regular cast.

Review - Doctor Who: "Hell Bent"
In the season finale of Doctor Who, The Doctor is back in Gallifrey wreaking havoc and meets a cute girl in a diner.
What a surprising episode of Doctor Who! In "Hell Bent" with the Doctor back on Gallifrey after spending 4.5 BILLION years in his confession dial, is back with an ulterior motive, he wants to save Clara! Which was brilliant because i was finding the Gallifrey stuff rather tedious.

Review - One Punch Man: "Unyielding Justice"
In this week's episode of One Punch Man "Unyielding Justice" we finally get the fight between The
Deep Sea King and Saitama! I wonder who won?...
"Unyielding Justice" had my hopes up after the incredible episode last week, with the first half of this episode being just as good as last week and the second half showing the aftermath, which wasn't as interesting.

Review - Doctor Who: "Heaven Sent"
On this week's incredible episode of Doctor Who, The Doctor is trapped inside a castle in the middle of
an ocean while dealing with Clara's death.
What an amazing episode of Doctor Who, after last week's events ending with Clara's death and The Doctor getting teleported somewhere, we knew that we were in for an episode where The Doctor will face his demons and come to the terms of Clara's death, but we got so much more in this episode.

"Everything you are going to say i already know"
In "Face The Raven" The Doctor and Clara bump into a familiar face and i weep like a little boy.
Everyone knew Clara (Coleman) was leaving Doctor Who this season, but i was surprised that it was
in this episode and not the finale, i thankfully the episode didn't rely on Clara's goodbye, it had a good story in the centre of it.

Review - Doctor Who: "Sleep No More"
On this week's episode of Doctor Who, we get one of the most ambitious episodes yet, with a found
footage episode set in the 38th century.
"Sleep No More" is a drastically different episode of Doctor Who and plays like a current found footage film, the episode didn't even feature the Doctor Who opening credits!

On this week's episode of Doctor Who, the Zygons are back and so is Osgood!
"The Zygon Invasion" is a very ambitious episode of Doctor Who, story and production wise, the story this episode is all other the place focusing on several different characters and their plots while the production spanned over several countries like New Mexico.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens Poster! + My Thoughts
Star Wars twitter finally revealed the poster for the most anticipated film of the year.
The most noticable absence from the poster is that of Luke Skywalker, they're really keeping him under wraps, making me think that he'll hardly be in the film at all. Domhall Gleeson's General Hux also isn't shown surprisingly making me doubt his importance.
At the back of the poster is Starkiller Base, the new Death Star looking weapon.
This has made me even more excited for December!

Review - Doctor Who: "The Girl Who Died"
On this week's episode of Doctor Who, The Doctor and Clara get taken by Vikings!
This episode is arguably the most anticipated this season because of the appearance of Maisie Williams of Game of Thrones fame, her character was promised to be unique and someone that would have a big impact in Doctor Who lore, so obviously i was very excited for this episode, while i still enjoyed the episode, it wasn't the barnburner i thought it'd be.

Review - Dragon Ball Super: Episode 14
The battle FINALLY concludes in this week's episode of Dragon Ball Super!
After 5 episodes of battling the fight is finally over between Goku and Beerus and overall i think it was rather disappointing, the fact that they dragged the fight out over 5 episodes made it overly long, unfortunately making it seem boring, the other bothersome thing in the fight was that several times Goku was defeated by Beerus and you think the battle is won, but then Goku finds some more strength and the fight continues, which made it tedious, but it wasn't all bad, there were some fun parts to it but overall i think the negatives outweigh the positives.

Review - One Punch Man: "Strongest Man"
One Punch Man is adapted from a Japanese webcomic of the same name, created by an author who calls himself One. It has turned into a hugely popular series and thankfully there is now a great anime adaption of it.
Wow. What an amazing first episode! "Strongest Man" was a fantastic start to the series and a brilliant introduction into One Punch Man.
The story focuses on Saitama, a superhero who is so strong he defeats all of his enemies in one punch!

Review - Solace
Solace is a mystery thriller film directed by Afonso Poyart and stars Anthony Hopkins, Jeffrey Dean
Solace is an interesting story about a detective in the FBI, who after not being able to stop a serial killer, calls in his psychic friend to help.
Morgan, Abbie Cornish and Colin Farrell.
This film had a unusual release with hardly any promotion, i hadn't heard about the film until a few days before it came out which is strange because this film seems easy enough to market and they should of tried to market it because its a good film.

Review - Doctor Who: "The Magician's Apprentice"
Season 9 of Doctor Who starts off with a bang, as Planes are frozen in the air all over the world, The Doctor is nowhere to be seen and Missy is back on the scene!
The Magician's Apprentice is a great opening episode to Capaldi's second season as the Doctor, we
still don't fully know what the 12th doctor true personalty is, in his first season we saw him fighting between being a good guy and a bad guy, and this 2 part story (the second episode airing next week) will make The Doctor decide who he really is.

Review - Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials
I love Young Adult franchises, Harry Potter is one of my favourite book to film franchises and i also
thought the first film was fine, but was mostly setting up the next film, annoyingly the sequel is worse than the first film.
The Scorch Trails is adapted from the second book of the Maze Runner series written by James Dashner, the film is directed by Wes Ball, who also directed the first film, and stars Dylan O'Brien, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Ki Hong Lee, Kaya Scodelario, Giancarlo Esposito, Aidan Gillen and Alan Tudyk.

Review - Legend
Legend is a British crime thriller directed by Brian Helgeland and stars Tom Hardy playing dual roles as the Kray Twins, Emily Browning, Christopher Eccleston, Taron Egerton and David Thewlis.
The film is about the life of the Kray Twins and is adapted from The Profession of Violence: The Rise and Fall of the Kray Twins.
Legend entirely depends on Tom Hardy and his portrayal of both Kray Twins and thankfully Hardy fully delivers, he is completely different as Ronnie and Reggie.

Recap & Review - Gangsta: "Siblings"
Wow. Once again Gangsta delivers in a big way, "Siblings" was a fantastic episode, featuring some
great fights, revelations and plot twists. It also has the theme of "Siblings" running throughout the episode.
"Siblings" continues straight after last week's episode with Alex just finishing her song in Loretta's club, Bastard, while Nic and Worwick finished escorting everyone into Bastard.

In this week's episode of Dragon Ball Super; Vegeta unleashes his rage upon Beerus, Oolong
competes in a match of Rock, Paper, Scissors and Goku returns!
This week's episode was a lot better than last week's, it had a great fight at the start of the episode, which is the best looking fight in Dragon Ball Super so far and Goku's entrance at the end of the episode was pure awesomeness.

Recap & Review - Gangsta: "Evening Dress"
In this week's episode of Gangsta called "Evening Dress" Worwick, Nicolas and Alex go to a fancy soiree, we are introduced to even more characters and the anti-twilights are making themselves known.
The episode starts with Chad finding the dead body of the Twilight who was killed at the end of the last episode, Chad and his assistant summarize that it must be anti-twilights killing the Twilights, which is prominent throughout the episode.
Then we go to the Handymen fixing a shop owned by Connie, who was a funny character.Worwick invites Alex to a fancy soiree by the Christiano family, which is very cute and it'll be something completely new for someone like Alex. Connie makes Alex have a break from working and sits down with her, Connie asks if Alex has any family and surprisingly Alex "thinks" she has a brother, but isn't certain about it, somehow she has totally forgotten about him which is very strange. Worwick thinks that it is a side effect of the medication Alex is using to stop having her terrible hallucinations.
But she is still having her hallucinations and once again sees Barry dead on the floor, Alex starts freaking out and Nic comes up behind her and comforts her until she calms down, this was a great moment for Nic, who tends to hide his niceness and always be manly, it was nice to see another side of him.
Throughout the episode they keep cutting to a mysterious hooded figure, in my mind that is Alex's brother, only because he appears straight after we learn Alex has a brother, hopefully we'll find out who he is soon.
Worwick and Alex arrive at the Christiano family's soiree and Alex looks incredible, we get properly introduced to Loretta Christiano, we've seen her several times before but the characters explain who she is so i know understand who she is, we also find out what each of the four guilds do that run Ergastulum; The Pauklee Guild run by Gina Pauklee, the woman who broke up the Doug/Nic fight a few episodes ago, Pauklee dispatches mercenary Twilights for jobs, The Corsica family handles weapons and vice, The Monroe family facilitates assistance and business for twilights not affiliated with the guild and The Christiano family run by Loretta deals with supply routes for Celebrer, which Twilights need to survive. It was great to get all this information to finally understand how everything works in Ergastulum.
Loretta's bodyguard Marco Adriano interrupts them, Marco is also a Twilight with a huge scar across his face, we find out that Worwick and Nic are actually at the soiree for a job, they are trying to escort Twilights to the soiree for safety, because it is dangerous on the streets because of the anti-twilights causing all of these Twilight murders. Alex finds out that the whole soiree is filled with Twilights and its serving as a refuge for the Twilights.
One of Loretta's henchman hears Alex singing to herself and offers her a job singing at the party, which was Worwick intention in taking her there, did i mention Alex looks incredible?
Worwick and Nic save a Twilight woman and her child from getting pummeled to death by anti-twilights.
Alex starts singing a song from her childhood on stage, while she is singing, we cut to several different scenes, the hooded guy who appeared this episode tries to get into the soiree but isn't allowed (Maybe because he hears Alex singing), we also see Nic fighting the anti-twilights and Worwick escorting the Twilights to safety, while singing the song, Alex remembers singing the song to her brother when they were children. This whole scene was incredible, cutting to different scenes while Alex sings such an emotional song made the stakes feel higher and more dramatic, great direction.
Right at the end of the episode Erica and Mikhail watching the commotion from a rooftop and state that they need to start some more bloodshed rather than letting the lackies do it. Which makes me wonder if we'll see a fight between them and Nic next episode? That would be awesome!
This episode was also really funny throughout, with lots of boob jokes at Alex's expense.
"Evening Dress" is one of Gangsta's best episodes yet, it was packed full of information, had some very funny and lovely moments and incredible direction, especially with the last main scene of the episode, once again i cannot wait for next episode.
4.25/5

Review - Dragon Ball Super: Episode 7
After Beerus got angry last week when Buu wouldn't share any of his pudding, the Z fighters try to defeat Beerus while Whis enjoys eating sushi!
This week's episode was very slow and boring for me, it focused on the Z fighters trying to defeat Beerus but it was just so repetitive and felt dragged out, most of the episode was a fighter going and challenging Beerus and then Beerus would easily defeat them, and then the exact same thing again and again.
